Building This Site: AI Strategy in Practice

This site exists because I believe in showing, not telling.

If I'm going to position myself as someone who helps organizations move from AI curiosity to production outcomes, my own site better demonstrate that capability. So I built it the way I'd advise any modern product manager to build: by chatting with AI, iterating fast, and shipping.

The Modern PM Stack

Here's what "vibe coding" actually looks like in practice:

  1. Start with conversation — I described what I wanted to Claude Code
  2. Iterate in context — Each refinement built on the previous
  3. Ship incrementally — Small commits, frequent deploys
  4. Own the outcome — I understand every line, even if I didn't type them all

This isn't about replacing developers. It's about PMs being able to prototype, validate, and ship small projects without a handoff.

What I Learned

The biggest insight? AI doesn't replace thinking—it amplifies it.

When I have clarity on what I want, AI accelerates me 10x. When I'm confused, AI reflects that confusion right back. The bottleneck was never typing speed; it was always decision quality.

What's Next

This site will evolve. The Agent Bible will grow. The blog will fill with notes on what's working and what isn't.

If you're curious about the approach, reach out. If you want to see the code, it's on GitHub.
